I had some spiral bound journals printed through this company as product samples for my small business, so quality and price point were very important to me. They were able to do my custom print job at a great price, excellent quality. I had some issues with the A5 journals having too small a coil for the binding, and when I just mentioned it as feedback John offered to reprint whatever products I needed free of cost and free shipping; the reprints were perfectly bound, no further issues. Will definitely be printing with them again. Great products and fantastic customer service! 10/10.
