Order Process and Design Guidelines

Order Process:

You can easily place your order online or by emailing the details to sales@printwow.ca.

1. Select Quantity:

  • Choose the number of scratch cards you want to order (e.g., 100, 250, 500, 1000 or a specific quantity depending on how many cards you plan to distribute).Decide how you want to allocate the prizes. Some cards can have a prize, while others may simply say “Try Again”.

2. Choose Your Prizes or Offers:

  • You can select up to 6 different prizes or statements (more options are available if needed).

3. Design Options:

  • Card Size: You can choose between a business card size, postcard size, or a completely custom size.
  • Custom Shapes: Stand out by choosing custom shape cards that reflects your brand, rather than the traditional format. Almost any shape is possible.
  • Print Options: Decide whether you’d like full-colour printing on one or both sides.
    • i. The non-scratch side can include customer information fields (e.g., name, email) for building a mailing list.
    • ii. You can also add a QR code, company details or even a coupon for future purchases to encourage repeat business.
    • iii. Decide if you want the scratch-off area to be round, square, or a custom shape that fits into your design (refer to our guidelines for more details).

4. Prize Categories:

  • You may include up to 6 different prizes, freebies, or promotional messages (additional categories can be included upon request).

5. Artwork Proofs:

  • We will prepare a proof and send it to you for your approval.

6. Finalizing Details:

  • Do you want us to keep the cards sorted by prize category or randomized?
    • i. If keeping them sorted , you can decide who you will give which prize to.
      • Maybe you have some favourite customers that you want to thank, but not make it too obvious.
      • You have a prospect client that you want to encourage to use your services or product – you can give them what you already know is a big prize.
      • We will bundle each prize group together with a blank one on top for easy identification

7. Order Confirmation:

  • Once all of this has been decided, we then send you a sales order and collect payment.

8. Production and Shipping:

  • Once completed, we will ship your order out and send you a tracking number and receipt.

Design Guidelines:

1. Keep text and important information at least 1/8” away from the scratch off area.
2. Add bleeds to your design and crop marks.
3. Choose the shape of the scratch-off area – round, square, or custom.
4. Select either silver or gold scratch-off material.
5. If adding a QR code, make sure it is large enough to be scanned.
